If something arrives damaged or isn't what was described, tell us within 14 days and we'll replace it or refund you in full. Because everything is handmade, small variations in colour, size and finish are part of it rather than a fault.

Under the Consumer Guarantees Act your rights when something is faulty, wrong, or not fit for purpose apply regardless of anything on this page.

What we do with your details

We keep your name, email, phone number and — if you chose delivery — your address, purely to get your order to you. We don't sell or share them, and we don't send marketing.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card number is entered on Stripe's own page and never reaches this website, so we never see or store it.

Want your details deleted? Email kohoutal@gmail.com and we'll remove them once your order is complete.

Prices

All prices are in New Zealand dollars and include everything — there's no card surcharge added at checkout.
